Layer 01

Setup crew

Our setup crew handles all basic setup requirements for your event. Stage plots, seating layouts, banners, and signage go up on schedule.

Layer 02

Cleaning crew

A dedicated maintenance and cleaning team keeps the venue hygienic during and after your event. Additional cleaning staff can be quoted for at extra cost.

Layer 03

Security

Trained security officers on site for the duration of your event, plus a standing agreement with SA Police and Traffic Control who patrol the venue area.

Layer 04

Ushering

An experienced team of ushers trained in event management and customer relations makes your guests feel welcome and directs guest flow calmly.

Layer 05

AV engineering

In-house AV engineers on the desk for every session, running line array audio, LED walls, projectors, and DMX stage lighting without third party handoffs.

Layer 06

Catering partners

Preferred local caterers vetted for every budget, from executive lunch boxes for boardrooms to full gala service for 800 seat conferences.

Coordination

A dedicated coordinator on your booking from first enquiry to final invoice, running one WhatsApp thread across every discipline.

Live streaming

Broadcast quality multi cam capture and stream setup for hybrid conferences, graduations, and services who need to reach the room and the world.
