Standard production run sheet

The anatomy of a keynote

06:00 - 10:00

Technical load in

Rigging, lighting tests, and sound checks. The backbone of the experience is tested for zero failure.

10:00 - 11:30

Stage door and guest access

Security transition and usher deployment. Front of house teams sync for guest arrivals.

11:30 - 16:00

Live window

House lights down, stage lights snap on. We manage the atmosphere through the closing remarks.

16:00 - 20:00

Break down and reset

Cleaning teams refresh break out zones while the space resets for the next production.
